Mrs. Vogel has worked prominently in the pro-life movement since its beginning, donated professional time and talent, with a few friends founded the first pregnancy help organization in western New York from which many others were inspired to imitate. She directs Blessed Mother's House, an apostolate to provide help of all kinds...support, encouragement to preserve innocent life, collecting and providing anything it took to save lives, from furniture, appliances, clothing, referrals for medical care at no cost, and surely no salary to her...Her deep concern for classic traditional education inspired her  and a dear friend to found St. Michael's at Greycliff school for which she again donated her talents to this remarkable beloved school.  She is an award winning preservationist, being a founder of the Buffalo Lighthouse Association, with 40+ years and counting, donating time, talents and support to keeping a good light shining here in Western New York and the Buffalo Harbor, managing tours,  arranging concerts, the 1833 site Tall Ships event, training volunteers and so much more.  See how to keep a good light at
